When the main road through the village was built in 1970, our parents Nereo and Anna decided to open the Monte Cimone boarding house with adjoining bar and restaurant. Over the years it became an established stop-off point due to its strategic position and the family’s friendly hospitality.

In 1982 the hotel business was developed when twenty rooms and a large dining room were added. 

In 2001 the children Tiziano, Roberta and Daniela took over the business and now run it together with their staff.
